Break in the Country

Following on from yet another very successful week of a 'Break in the Country' . We are already receiving requests for those interested in coming in 2009.

If you are over 55?  Then this is the break for you.

A 5 day holiday for the young at heart who would like the opportunity
of a relaxing stay in the beautiful peaceful surroundings of Cloverley Hall.

Although the day for our outing was rather wet it still did not spoil our enjoyment of a canal boat trip over the Pontcysyllte Viaduct at Trevor and a visit to Llangollen.

You can also see below that much was achieved by those who took part in the watercolours course. Our hope is that we shall be again able to offer this again as part of B.I.C. 2009

Recent Improvements

New Petanque Pit (French Boule)

Petanque in our new purpose made pit has now had it's first full summer of use and has proved to be a firm favourite.

Be sure to try it when you come to Cloverley. We are sure this game will soon become a favourite pastime for vistors to Cloverley.

Front Drive Circle -

The front circle of our drive has now been resurfaced and finished with a suitabletop dressing of chippings. This concludes the work of resurfacing the whole drive.

New Showers by Room 43

The two new showers and toilets next to Room 43 are completedand providing a much awaited improvement to this area of the building
